Background

PenCarrie is a leading business to business supplier to the work wear industry. They pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service with unrivalled accuracy levels. They buy their stock from India, China and South America, which is all warehoused in the UK.

PenCarrie’s e-commerce website is a very important part of their business, with 70% of all their orders now online. All of their web hosting is done in the UK and is a mission-critical part of their business; as such, it needs to be fully resilient.
