Ben joined Eloquent in 2018 as a Commercial Support Team Member. At the beginning of 2020, Ben started to support our CEO with the Commercial side of the business and has recently transitioned through the role of 'Service Desk Analyst' and progressed into the role of ‘Service Desk Engineer’. Ben has great customer service skills in a technical capacity, and along with his recently acquired commercial experience, he is now able to support our customers in a vast number of ways which is extremely valuable. We have also never known anyone to answer the telephone so quickly…he’s a record breaker this one!! When away from the office, Ben likes to wind down with design and craft projects while contending with his two cats who are adamant on helping him, but generally end up causing more work!
