David is extremely driven and focused on growing the business. He always ensures his employees are well looked after and offers support and guidance to his team 24/7. David will often be on a teams call chopping wood, or on his lawn mower (he is very passionate about his garden). Outside of work David never stops, you will always find him doing something to keep his mind occupied.
Steve joined Eloquent in November 2020 with twenty years’ worth of technical experience under his belt. Steve progressed from Head of Professional Services to Deputy Managing Director, and now helps run the operational side of the business with our Founder and CEO. Outside of work, Steve loves to attend Silverstone each year without fail, and his two sausage dogs are his pride and joy.
Scott Joined the Eloquent team in 2019. Since then, Scott has made such a monumental amount of positive change within operations and client relations. Scott’s experience of leadership, and his thought provoking approach to mentoring has been incredibly valuable and is the reason we have now appointed him as our Client Director. Outside of work, Scott volunteers as a manager at his local theatre, and spends time with his partner and two children.
Ant joined Eloquent in 2021 as one of our Professional Services Consultants. With Ant’s ability to pick up new skills at a rate of knots, he has progressed very quickly during his career with Eloquent so far. With over eight years of experience within the IT industry, Ant is always looking to improve and takes on a multitude of tasks to adapt to the needs of the business and our customers.
Adam joined Eloquent in 2020, with over ten years of experience working for large MSP’s. Adam’s drive and focus has led him into his current role of Director of Technical Operations. Adam is responsible for the day-to-day function of both technical operations and technical services. Outside of work, Adam is a family man, and likes to spend time with his partner, two kids and his two dogs. Adam has recently emigrated to Australia and will be helping Eloquent with our 24/7/365 Service Desk support.
Rebecca joined our team in 2023, as a Project Manager. Rebecca has years of experience working within project management, especially within the IT industry, working on large client implementations projects, and supporting businesses with internal infrastructure. Rebecca is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and team members. Outside of work Rebecca loves all things outdoors: running, camping, and dragging her not so enthusiastic daughters and partner with her.
Chris joined Eloquent in 2018 as a support engineer. Since then, Chris has gone from strength to strength building relationships, and settling into the role of Projects and Provisioning Coordinator. Chris has brought a lot of structure and forward thinking to his role, and this is evident by looking at his journey with us. Outside of work Chris is passionate about running, he takes part in several marathons a year, and also enjoys photography.
Mike joined Eloquent in 2021 as a Professional Services Consultant. Mike brings to the table a huge amount of technical knowledge with over twenty two years of experience working within the IT industry, and for this reason he was shortly promoted to Senior Professional Services Consultant. Some interesting facts about mike: he has jumped out of an airplane over 260 times as a licensed skydiver, he is advanced in open water diving with other qualifications for scuba diving, and he has recently become a married man.
Curtis joined Eloquent in 2019 as a valued member of our Support Engineer team. Curtis arrived with two years of experience as an MSP Engineer with various studies under his belt, including Computer Security. Curtis has proven himself to be an expert in his field, with exceptional technical expertise and knowledge.
James joined Eloquent in 2021, with over ten years of experience working for multiple MSP’s, working in various sectors including banks, schools, and law firms. James has become an essential part of the Eloquent team, demonstrating his technical knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to his work. Outside of work James enjoys socialising with friends, and sampling as many different beers and whisky’s while travelling.
Lauren joined Eloquent in 2021 as a Marketing Apprentice. Lauren completed her qualification and implemented strategies, building Eloquent's marketing from the ground up. She has now progressed within her role to Marketing Manager, and line manages her own team. Outside of work Lauren enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves all things music, and taught herself how to play piano during lockdown.
Helena joined the team in 2023 as an Executive Assistant, to help support the senior leadership team with administration tasks. Helena has over twenty five years’ experience working for a number of sectors including event management for the NHS & Motorsport industry, and nine years with Microsoft as a Customer Satisfaction Manager. Outside of work Helena loves spending time with her two boys, crafting, and nature photography.
Jacob joined Eloquent in 2022 as a Service Delivery Engineer. With over six years of experience working within a Service Desk role, he was shortly promoted to his current 3rd Line position. Fun fact about Jacob is that he loves snakes, and Crested Geckos. He is determined to complete his DWA license so that he is able to home more endangered animals, as well as do some preservation work with Gharial Crocs.
Carlos joined the team in 2022 as a 3rd line Service Delivery Consultant with sixteen years of experience under his belt, working for many MSP organisations, and in house IT teams. Carlos joined Eloquent to expand his knowledge and progress in his career, and only six months later he was then promoted to Service Delivery Manager. Outside of work Carlos enjoys spending time with his partner and two children. He also enjoys gaming, going to the cinema, and watching his favourite sports teams.
Jack joined Eloquent in 2021 as a Service Delivery Analyst. Jack has over 11 years’ worth of experience working in various customer service roles. Since his time at Eloquent Jack has progressed into multiple positions, including his current role of Service Delivery Team Leader, where he now line manages his own team. Outside of work Jack is into all things gaming and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
Leila joined the Eloquent team in 2018 and has worn several different hats to figure out where she thrives within the company. Leila is now an Account Executive, and with her commercial experience and great customer service skills in a technical capacity, she is able to support our customers in a vast number of ways. Outside of work Leila likes to wind down after a busy day at work with design and craft projects while contending to her cats, who are adamant on helping her, but generally end up causing more work.
Jamie joined the Eloquent team in 2022 with over two years of experience working within IT support roles. Outside of work Jamie enjoys travelling, all things gaming, as well as football, with Chelsea being his favourite team.
James joined the Eloquent team in 2021 as a Service Delivery Engineer. With over six years of experience working in Service Delivery roles, James enjoys working with Azure and Office 365. He prides himself on giving exceptional customer service and is keen to branch out his networking knowledge. James is an outgoing character and has two of the sweetest Pomsky dogs on the planet.
Lewis joined Eloquent in 2023 as a Service Delivery Engineer. Lewis has over three years of experience working within the IT industry, and is looking forward to progressing in his career. Lewis started building websites from the age of 13, and outside of work loves spending time with his friends, family, and his Pug called Pablo.
Thom joined the Eloquent team in 2021 as a Service Delivery Analyst. Since then, he has progressed into multiple positions, with his current one being a Security Support Analyst, after we expanded our Security Operations team. Outside of work Thom is a fitness enthusiast and likes to take part in marathons and other charitable running events. Thom also plays in a band and is passionate about all thing’s music.
Damien joined the team in October 2022 as a Service Delivery Analyst and was promoted to 1st Line Team Leader only 6 months into his role. Damien has over twelve years of experience working within the IT industry and is looking to naturally progress into more senior roles. Outside of work Damien enjoys attending motorsports events, such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and he likes travelling to France and Japan, hitting the slopes with his snowboard.
Liam joined Eloquent in 2023 as a Service Delivery Analyst and has over ten years of experience working in various IT roles. Liam is determined to develop his skill set with Microsoft 365 and Citrix Cloud, with the intention of becoming a product specialist. Outside of work, Liam enjoys attending car shows, going on bike rides, and spending time with his two children.
Grace joined Eloquent in 2023 with 2 years of IT experience under her belt. We are excited to see how she settles into her new role. Outside of work Grace enjoys gaming, building keyboards, riding her motorbike, and spending time with family and friends.
Hannah joined Eloquent in 2020 and comes with over sixteen years of practical experience within finance and bookkeeping. Hannah’s hard work and dedication landed her promotion to Finance Controller in 2022. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and loves all things sun, sea, sand, and surf.
Ceri joined Eloquent in 2022, with exceptional customer service skills and time management, to enhance our operations department. Ceri’s proudest achievement to date is starting a successful business with her partner back in 2003. Outside of work Ceri loves to travel, spend time with her partner, and is happiest when she is in the countryside walking her dog.
