• Assist the implementation of client projects, ensuring they are delivered within the defined scope of work.
• Work closely with Eloquent Project Managers and the Professional Services team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Configure and deploy cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, along with modern workspace solutions, utilising Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.

It would be beneficial to have prior experience working as an Analyst/Engineer on a Service Desk within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), however it is not essential. The successful delivery of Eloquent’s 24x7x365 Support Services relies on this role, which carries a significant level of trust, responsibility, and autonomy.

• 1+ years of working in IT and supporting end-users, but not essential as training can be provided.
