Gordon’s have their own IT team, and initially only needed Eloquent’s support with antivirus software. During one of our regular account management meetings, the recommendation to move their on-premise Microsoft Exchange Servers, to Exchange Online, was discussed. This was required for cyber security reasons as on-premise Exchange Servers adversely affect insurance premiums.
The benefit of this migration was to improve their overall cyber security, which was incredibly important for Gordon’s as the majority of their customer base hold a lot of critical information.
The migration was managed by Eloquent’s projects team and senior engineers. The migration was successful and was handed back to Gordon’s internal IT team without any problems.

Now more security measures have been implemented, and Gordon’s have been given the confidence that Eloquent are capable of conducting these tasks, conversations are now in place to discuss future projects.
